Christian “Jimmy” Karl is highly experienced within the hospitality industry, with a long history as a chef at several well-known brands, including Nobu London, One&Only Reethi Rah, Anantara, Sri Panwa and more. Jimmy has created private service and dinners for such high profile guests as political figures, athletes, actors and even royalty, including His Majesty Carl-Gustav of Sweden. Additionally, he worked as Assistant Resort Manager at Baros Maldives.
Jimmy has an Advanced Diploma in European Culinary Management, as well as a European Food & Beverage Service Certificate, both from the DCT Hotel & Business Management School in Vitznau, Switzerland.
