Hi there, I'm a chef from Rome, Italy. I studied in the culinary center of Gambero Rosso in Rome. From there I traveled and worked around North-Europe, in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, England and currently I'm based in Brussel, Belgium where I'm the sous-chef for one of the most important Micheline star in the country.
