I am a private chef by vocation and by experience.

I have over 26 years of professional experience and more than 5 years working as a private chef, with 350+ private services for international and local clients.

I have worked in the UK, the United States and Mexico, and in Spain I had the opportunity to train and collaborate with renowned chefs such as Ángel León and Andrés Madrigal. These experiences shaped my culinary philosophy: absolute respect for ingredients, solid technique and creative but honest cooking.

My cuisine is based on top-quality local products, combining Mediterranean and Spanish traditions with international influences. I focus on simple, elegant and flavorful dishes, where the product is always the main star.

In recent years, I have run my own gastronomic project in Toledo and worked as an Executive Chef for an international company, which allows me to easily adapt to both intimate private dinners and high-end events.

Félix was prompt, very friendly and very efficient. He prepared an excellent selection of dishes for us and explained each one - there was so much food and it was delicious! Clean-up was prompt and spotless. Would definitely recommend.

Félix was great. Fantastic communication and incredible food. Service was on time and they made our night one to remember. Would definitely recommend.

Celebramos 50 cumpleaños con 18 amigos. Todos quedaron encantados con la experiencia. El chef Félix y su ayudante Vanesa fueron muy profesionales, discretos y con un menú a la altura. Fue todo un descubrimiento y no pudimos quedar más contentos. Y lo más importante, no tuvimos que ocuparnos de nada, simplemente disfrutar de la noche. Para repetir.

Celebramos el 50 cumpleaños de mi marido y Felix nos preparo un menu para festejarlo con familia y amigos . Tuvimos aperitivos - Deliciosos y un Menu muy elaborado. Muy profesional . Muy servicial .Comida buenisima . Presentacion tambien . Recomiendo y Recomendamos ! Gracias Felix .
