I have over 20 years hospitality experience both front and back of house. I have been cooking since 2019. I was in the yachting industry for about 5 years. I had my own catering and events company back in South Africa. I am now living in Mallorca full time looking for villa or yachting work. I prefer to cook vegetarian and vegan as this falls in line with my belief system.
