Passionate and creative chef with 10 years of experience in Asian, Japanese, Indian, and fusion cuisines.
I am a professional chef with 10 years of experience in Asian cuisine, particularly Japanese, Indian, and fusion dishes. I specialize in sushi, ramen, Indian curries, and Asian street food. Currently based in Madrid, I run my own restaurant, Sushi Corazón.
Starting in July, I will be transitioning to a freelance role, allowing my restaurant to continue under new management. With this shift, I am excited to collaborate with platforms like Take a Chef to offer personalized culinary experiences. In addition to my cooking skills, I also develop restaurant POS and kiosk systems to help deliver faster and smarter service.
I look forward to combining my culinary expertise with innovation and collaborating across new opportunities.
