I am a Madrid-based professional chef with 8 years of experience, specializing in Japanese cuisine (sushi), Indian cooking, and Asian street food, with a strong focus on sushi, ramen, and Indian curries.
I provide chef-at-home services across Madrid, bringing live sushi and hot Asian cooking to private homes and events. My background includes sushi and Japanese cuisine, Indian cooking, takeaway service, fine-dining restaurants and bars, live bar cooking, and restaurant ownership.
In addition to private chef services, I also offer hands-on sushi and Asian cooking classes at home, creating interactive and personalized culinary experiences.
Alongside my culinary work, I develop restaurant POS and self-ordering kiosk systems, currently used in over 18 restaurants, helping businesses improve speed, efficiency, and overall service quality.
