Allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Mikael Jansson. I am originally from Sundsvall in Sweden, where throughout my professional life has been in the Confectionery and Chef industry segment. I have run a bakery as well as 4 restaurants and a sauce factory. All my life has been about food.
My family and I moved here to the Costa Blanca in 2019 and we enjoy the way of life you as a family can get here in Spain.
