Born in Calabria, raised between wood-fired ovens and my nonna's kitchen. I moved to the UK and opened Take Italy Bistrot in Grantham, where I cook the food I grew up with honest, bold, made from scratch. Now I bring that same experience to your table: intimate dinners, pizza nights, cooking classes and private events. Every dish carries the soul of Southern Italy.
