I'm a professional private chef with over 15 years of experience creating exceptional dining experiences across the UK. Based in Birmingham, I've had the privilege of cooking for private households, corporate executives, wedding parties, and intimate dinner events — each one treated with the same attention to detail and passion for great food.

My cooking style draws heavily from classical French and Mediterranean techniques, but I love incorporating bold flavours from West African and Caribbean cuisines — a nod to my roots and a reflection of the diverse, vibrant food culture I grew up around. The result is menus that feel refined but never pretentious: honest, flavourful food made from the finest seasonal ingredients.

I work closely with each client before every booking to understand exactly what they're looking for — whether that's a relaxed family feast, an elegant multi-course dinner party, or a bespoke wedding breakfast. No two events are the same, and I believe your food shouldn't be either.

I'm fully insured, food hygiene certified to Level 3, and experienced in catering for a wide range of dietary requirements including gluten-free, vegan, halal, and allergen-aware menus.
