A professional chef who is passionate about cooking classic Japanese food with a South East Asian and South American twist.
I am a trained professional chef who has over 10 years' of experience in creating classic and contemporary Japanese cuisine. My cooking background spans from working in contemporary to fine dining Japanese restaurants in London. From my years of crafting fresh and high quality sushi and Izakaya style dishes, I have a passion in creating comfort Japanese Nikkei dishes with hints of my South East Asian heritage. I also can provide an exclusive omakase style menu to suit your culinary needs. I can cater for all dietary requirements including halal and vegetarian.
