I love to tell a story inside a dish. Passionate on sharing our culture and enjoying the big variety of ingredients with my guests.

I am a professional cook with 7 years of experience, specializing mainly in Greek cuisine. I am also a professional baker with 5 years of experience, focusing on sourdough bread, croissant dough, and pizza dough.

I have a deep love for fish and the traditional recipes of my island, while also enjoying working with new flavors and textures. Adapting my cooking style to what my guests want to eat is very important to me, as I enjoy trying new ideas and showing respect for their culture through my food.
