I am a professional Chef, basically self-taught, because of my family's origin!!Half from coast Asia minor,half from Rhodes!!Then I got a cooking degree!!My passion is Spices!!I have Cook for many people for Wedding,Christening because i am a Chef of the 2 biggest Hall in Central Greece!!Now the (Ouzokafenes) Restaurant in old town of Rhodes that i am a Chef,For this 5 Years me and my team are in the Hall of Fame of trip advisor,and the best Travelers choice in Rhodes!!My passion is Fresh meats, Fish,and Shells!!
