With a passion for food that ignited at a young age, Chef Claudio has dedicated more than 20 years to mastering the art of cooking.

Trained at Milano Peck with a double Michelin rewards Chef Cracco.

He has worked in some of the finest kitchens, honing their skills under renowned mentors. Their expertise lies in Italian, Asian, Mexican and international cuisine, blending tradition with innovation to create unforgettable dining experiences.

Currently serving as private chef at numerous villas in Greece and Italy, Chef Claudio's philosophy revolves around sustainability, creativity, authenticity and his dishes are a true reflection of passion and craftsmanship.
