After gaining extensive international experience as a Private Chef serving UHNW principals across Europe, the UAE, Israel, and The Bahamas, I have returned to Crete to reconnect with my roots and bring my international expertise back home.

I am now focusing on traditional Cretan cuisine, elevating authentic local recipes through a modern, wellness-driven approach centered on longevity, nutrition, and seasonal ingredients. I work closely with small-scale farmers and local producers across Crete, sourcing exceptional fresh, organic, and responsibly produced ingredients while supporting the island’s local food culture.
