I am a professional Chef,I studied in Culinary School of Cooking in Rodes island
I worked for 13 years in restaurants and Hotels in Rhodes island and in Zakynthos island
Before 4 years and now I work as a Private chef as I have all the knowledge about traditional and local ingredients of my island!
My own farm,my own bio-organic garden I grow up everything(Vegetables-herbs-fruits)
My own vineyard and also my own olive trees I make the best wine and olive oil
