. I have lived 5 different countries across 3 continents. Australia, Indonesia, Denmark, Uk and of course Italy.
I have been working in different environments and cuisine, from a pub to a 3 Michelin star, from a trattoria to a molecular restaurant.
I love cooking on fire with a bit of fusion.
