I am passionate about traditional Sicilian cuisine, fish dishes, the scents of fresh herbs and the sun that nourished them. I'm bright and fun.

Alessandro

I have 15 years of experience in the kitchen. I worked in Spain, Ireland, Italy, Denmark. My experience was formed by working but I give my best when I go to the market and create dishes based on the fresh things I find, so I improvise improvised dishes that are still based on the Mediterranean style. I spent the last 13 years in Copenhagen where I learned another way of conceiving the menu.

I use simplicity a lot so as not to cover the aromas of the food and then slow cooking which optimizes the sauces

Chef Alessandro was very communicative and extremely easy to work with. We wanted some slight changes to the original menu and he accommodated every request. He and his sous chef were very professional and warm. They also spoke excellent English. It was fun that he explained the history of each dish as well. Each dish was better than the next — everything was amazing / delicious! He sourced all the ingredients locally that day. They left the kitchen immaculate, we could not have been happier. It was so awesome we hope to do it again someday. I highly recommend Chef Alessandro!

Alessandro è un ottimo cuoco, i suoi piatti erano gustosi e curati, il pesce cotto alla perfezione. È anche simpatico e loquace, non disdegna due chiacchiere davanti a un bicchiere. Consigliato!

Allessandro surpassed all expectations! He was very easy to communicate with, was flexible in the menu selection, was extremely friendly, funny and informative, and let us relax for the evening from start to finish. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Chef Alessandro was incredible! Communication with him ahead of the event was fast and reliable. He bought fresh ingredients from the market a day ahead, which meant the food we had was made with fresh local ingredients and very authentic to Sicily. He arrived on time, cooked a very tasty 4 course meal and tidied up as well. Very friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend.
