I am a professional Chef with a big passion for this job since I was really young.
I started with great enthusiasm to devote myself full time to this profession right after my graduation. I love to cook and I love to make people feel good with my dishes, which are studied with high quality raw materials that I try to combine with each other to create particular but refined combinations without however distorting their original tastes. I just try to rework traditional dishes but in a "modern style".
