It's not easy to describe in a letter the passion and professionalism that are now part of my working baggage however I can say that;

Over the years I have developed excellent managerial and responsibility knowledge and I can also boast excellent communication skills towards the customers themselves with a story to tell, a background that allows me to stand out from the crowd.

For my part, I can boast many collaborations with leading names on the Italian culinary scene, in Italy and abroad, from Gualtiero Marchesi to Francesco Apreda, Alfio Ghezzi and many others, including starred chef friends such as Daniele "Lele" Usai, all names that make a lot of difference in terms of vision, organization and philosophy on the plate.

In my kitchen you will never find artifacts prepared with magical powders or strange foams, you will never see a thousand micro greens grown on a cotton ball or pre-cooked pasta and rice. This guarantees the true authenticity of the final product or, as you would say, "guarantees high quality".

Don't get me wrong, I'm for compromises, but useful, positive without affecting the healthy culinary philosophy.
