I’m a chef who mixes flavor, experience, and vision to bring out the best in every kitchen.
My name is Andrea Locci, and I am a hospitality and restaurant industry professional with a background in Tourism Services Management and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Tourism Management and Monitoring. I began my career in the kitchen, but soon expanded into managerial and consulting roles, working in high-end international settings across Italy, Switzerland, the UK, and Dubai.
Over the years, I have held positions such as Executive Chef and Sustainable Hospitality Consultant, collaborating with Michelin-starred chefs and luxury establishments. This diverse experience has allowed me to develop a solid foundation in both operational and strategic areas, which I now bring to my work through SeaJelly, my consulting company. My work covers a broad range of services: from defining a restaurant’s culinary identity and developing sustainable menus, to staff training, marketing strategy, communications, and recruitment of key personnel. My approach is rooted in sustainable innovation. I strongly believe in a style of hospitality that puts people, the environment, and team well-being at the center—without ever compromising on excellence.
