my passion for cooking comes from the desire to have the passion to make dishes while maintaining the flavors and aromas of each raw material!
Hi everyone, let me introduce myself, I'm Bruno Galleu, I'm an Italian chef, I've been doing this job for more than 15 years, I started doing this job by training as a pizza chef and then gaining experience in pizzerias in Italy (Naples, Milan) then I started to work in the kitchen abroad (London, New York, Switzerland, Italy) then in the last years I started to be a private chef, starting to work in luxury villas in Sardinia near the Porto Cervo area, working for Russian families, Americans, Israeli families, currently working for an American family at their home in London and then in St. barth.
