As a private chef specializing in Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, I pay attention to detail and quality. I create customized menus with care.
I'm Carlotta, a young Italian-Thai chef of Sicilian origins. I graduated with a degree in Food and Wine. I inherited my mother's passion for food. From a young age, I ventured into the culinary world, gaining experience at several local restaurants before working in my own restaurant on the southern coast of Sicily, in the beautiful seaside town of Donnalucata. It's been in these years that I've traveled around the world to discover new perspectives on the culinary arts, including short cooking classes in the various places, experiences, and flavors that I've wanted to bring back to Italy through my work. I've also received awards for my restaurant, including a Gambero Rosso certificate and a TripAdvisor certificate of excellence. Since 2021, I've brought my passion for Italian and international cuisine to numerous locations as a Personal Chef.
