At 18, I moved to London and began my culinary journey working in various kitchens across the city. As I grew in skill and confidence, an opportunity led me to open my own food stall at Old Spitalfields Market near Liverpool Street Station. From there, I developed several food brands and concepts, which I later sold or transformed into collaborations.
After ten years in the UK, I returned to Italy, where I began working as a private chef in luxury villas—many of which I also managed. Today, I continue to bring my experience, creativity, and love for local, seasonal ingredients to the world of private dining
