Amo valorizzare qualsiasi ingrediente dalla verdura alla carne al pesce al pane
Sono un chef professionista con 16 anni vissute a crescere in cucine di ristoranti, hotel, osterie. Ho imparato tante tecniche ma soprattutto a valorizzare il sapore della materia prima e saperla scegliere, in quello che offre la stagionalità.
Ho esperienza con cucina di mare, di pesce, vegetariana e qualche volta vegana.
