After 35 years in the kitchen, I’m still passionate about culinary discovery and excited to share abundant Mediterranean flavours at your table.
I am a deeply experienced and accomplished chef who has owned and operated several of my own restaurants abroad. I have run large and boutique hotels, published a cookbook, judged on esteemed award panels, and helped develop brands. Now, I am here in beautiful Italy to continue my journey of discovery, honour my craft, and share it with as many new foodie friends as I can.
