Chef Davide Camerini

I am a chef with 4 years of experience in professional kitchens, but I have always cooked with love since I was 8.

Graduated as a kitchen operator (cook), I had various experiences, in Italy and France.

I would like to combine passion with experience. I worked for a long time in a luxury hotel with guests from all over the world where I had the opportunity to learn, also improve my language skills. I have better known all the characteristics and needs that for each culture or religion change, so it also changes the way of approach and communication.

My offer is addressed also to tourists or foreigners living in Italy who want to try a new food experience or maybe they just want to know a little more about our culinary culture.

I prefer a varied diet, rich in vegetables and within the limits of the possible "HEALTY". Therefore it is also imprortant to know how to make the different products to make them 100% and with the biodiversity that we have in Italy you can indulge. In my career as a bartender and waiter I learned a lot both with regard to wine and enology, both for the world of liquors and spirits, not forget about beer. I strengthened my training in 2024 with the AIS Level 1° sommelier course.
