29 year old human accepted as film/food maker. For me cooking is like cinema. It has to involve an act of structure. It’s art and geometry, I think the same thing while I cook. I love to experimentally mix cultures of cuisines and create hybrids cultures. I worked as Junior chef at GG’s Mediterranean Laguna Beach
