I am a professional chef with 8 years of international experience in Italian, Iranian, and global cuisine. I moved to Italy to deepen my knowledge of Italian gastronomy and develop my skills in professional kitchens. I also studied Food & Beverage Management, which helped me understand both the culinary and managerial sides of the industry.

I am passionate about creating authentic and creative dishes that bring people together and turn meals into memorable experiences.
