The main ingredients for good cooking are love and time for those we cook for.
I have been working as a private chef since 2008, traveling across Italy and Europe to cook for clients in their homes and managing bespoke lunches, dinners, and private events directly at their residences. These experiences have shaped my approach to food, service, and hospitality, allowing me to create refined and deeply personal culinary moments.
I have a true love for Mediterranean cuisine in all its regional expressions. I enjoy working with fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables at their peak, and I value collaborating with small producers who prioritize quality in their meats, fish, and cheeses.
My cooking is rooted in authenticity, balance, and respect for ingredients—bringing honest flavors, thoughtful technique, and a sense of place to every table I serve.
