I am a skilled chef with a solid education from a hotel school, graduating in 2010. I began my career in prestigious restaurants in Milan, where I learned the art of Italian cuisine at its best. Later on, I decided to travel the world, exploring places like New Zealand and Australia, where I resided for many years. It was during this time that I developed a strong passion for Japanese and Korean cuisine, and now I enjoy blending my Italian background with these exotic flavors.
