Every chef has a story, every dish has a legend! Try me and be part of the experience.

I am a professional chef since 2013. I started from scratch in Castello Banfi. Following the lead of the executive chef Domenico Francone and the chef Roberto Robustelli, I have reached the position of Sous Chef of the restaurant Sala dei Grappoli, 1 Michelin star.

In 2018, needing to perfect my English, I moved to Sidney. I spent one year in Chiosco By Ormeggio and Ormeggio restaurant.

In 2024, driven by the desire to create something of my own, I founded Cook IT, a private chef enterprise that offers various events, such as private dinner and cooking classes.

I love to have the privilege of being on front of my customers, bonding with them beyond the mere meal we are cooking, hearing their stories which add such a family flavour to the whole experience.
