Hi i'm Francesco, known by everyone as Ciacco, i'm a Sicilian chef whose cuisine is
deeply rooted in family traditions and the flavors of his homeland. After studying
Economics and working in Milan as a consultant, love brought him back to Sicily,
where he embraced his true passion: cooking.
In 2013, I found Ciacco Putia Gourmet in Marsala, a restaurant that gained
recognition in national and international guides such as Osterie Slow Food, Gambero Rosso, Lonely Planet, and Top50 Italy. That same year, he launched Busiate Pasta Siciliana da Passeggio, a street food concept celebrating Sicily’s iconic pasta.
