I am Francesco, 33 years old. a professional chef for about 10 years in the culinary world. I have been a professional chef for about 10 years. I have always had a passion for cooking, since I was a child I cooked for my family. After a few years of studying at university, I gave in to my passion for cooking and decided to undertake this career. Very early on I was lucky enough to work with great chefs at the best 5-star hotels in the area. Afterwards I specialized in some restaurants of the most modern and experimental cuisine.
