I am Francesco, 33 years old, and I have been working as a professional chef for the past 10 years. My passion for cooking began in childhood, when I would prepare meals for my family and discover the joy of bringing people together around the table.

After spending a few years at university, I chose to fully dedicate myself to my true calling and pursue a career in the culinary arts. Early in my journey, I had the privilege of working alongside talented chefs in some of the finest five-star hotels in the region. These experiences gave me a strong technical foundation, discipline, and a deep understanding of high-level hospitality.

Over time, I continued to evolve professionally by specializing in restaurants focused on modern and experimental cuisine. This allowed me to explore innovative techniques, contemporary presentations, and creative flavor combinations, while maintaining respect for quality ingredients and culinary tradition.

My approach to cooking blends passion, precision, and creativity, with the goal of delivering memorable dining experiences that reflect both my background and my ongoing pursuit of excellence.
