Franco is a personal chef and cooking instructor born in Rome, a city rich in tradition, colors, and aromas. His deep passion for cooking led him to explore new culinary horizons beyond his hometown, building a solid and diverse professional path.

After moving to Siena, he earned a three-year degree in Economics and gradually specialized in Tuscan and Umbrian regional cuisine, collaborating with numerous restaurants and traditional trattorias in historic city centers. He participated in Girogustando 2005 and continued his professional development abroad, working for one year in Austria and Switzerland.

Upon returning to Italy, he joined the Italian Chefs Federation (F.I.C.) as a professional cook. In 2006 and 2007, in collaboration with the Tourism Board of Chianciano Terme, he took part in a cultural twinning project with the Province of Monza and Brianza, organizing gala dinners to promote local products. He has also collaborated with agriturismi in Umbria, teaching traditional Tuscan cuisine to emerging Russian chefs and promoting typical Sienese products.

For over 12 years, Franco has been working as a private chef and cooking instructor, offering in-home dining services and hands-on cooking classes. He collaborates with international and national agencies, villas, private residences, agriturismi, and hospitality properties.

His services include breakfast, lunch, dinner, pizza and pasta parties, cooking classes, anniversaries, private celebrations, and food and wine tastings. His cuisine is rooted in the culinary traditions of Tuscany, Umbria, and Lazio, and he is available to work throughout these regions as well as, with advance notice, across Italy, the islands, and Spain.

Franco’s philosophy is simple: passion for cooking, respect for tradition, and the joy of sharing authentic food experiences with his guests.
