Ylenia Parente and Gabriele are chefs specialized in fresh pasta, offering themed cooking classes and hands-on pasta-making experiences with all guests, culminating in a tasting paired with selected wines. Upon request, they also organize themed evenings such as sushi nights, gourmet burgers, halal and vegan cuisine, yoga retreats, weddings, and much more.
I have been working in the culinary world for 13 years, turning my passion into a career full of experiences and achievements. I began my journey in Germany, refining my techniques and creativity, before returning to my homeland, Sardinia. There, I had the opportunity to work in the most luxurious resorts of the Costa Smeralda, immersing myself in an exclusive and high-end gastronomic environment. Later, I continued my professional growth in Cagliari ,further perfecting my style and my ability to offer top-level culinary experiences.
