I'm a professional Chef from Rome.
I'm 31 and have 12 years of experience in Restaurants, Resorts, Yachts and Vllas .
Travelling the world i expanded my knowledge getting in touch with many different culture, learning new techniques and amazing recipes. I'm open to adapt my menus to any kind of dietary requirement.
Also enjoy entertaining families with live cooking classes ( ice cream, fresh pasta, fish filleting, bread & focaccia, cakes )
