I have always been passionate about cooking which for generations has been the main activity of my family of origin. In 2015 it became the same for me as I started the journey with the family-run gastronomy business. I alternated work "in the family" with that in restaurants in order to relaunch the cuisine always following a simple but captivating line and done at the best both technically and in the choice of quality raw materials and possibly zero KM.
