am passionate about cooking and I specialise in Sicilian, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. I have over 11 years of experience as a chef and my expertise is on food intolerance and food allergies. My recent experience, I was working as a sole chef and deckhand on private yachts charters .
In my free time I like to do Kriya yoga, meditation and read books.
