We had a great experience with Chef Giuliano. He cooked 3 dinners for my group of 7 while we were in Sardinia and he was very easy to communicate and collaborate with about the menu in advance, he was always punctual and friendly, and the food was great. He even went above and beyond and took some really nice photos of my friends and I with his professional camera since it was a special occasion.

I proposed to my girlfriend over the dinner. It was the best and most memorable meal ever, I cannot thank Giuliano more! Absolutely amazing chef, best service and the kindest person. You won’t find anyone better in Italy!

Chef Giuliano was absolutely amazing!! Very attentive and professional. He was so lovely and explained everything perfectly. We were a group of 5 and we had such a lovely time! I would 100% recommend him and his service.

Our experience with Chef Giuliano Spina was one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment he arrived, he made everyone feel welcome and created an atmosphere that was warm, engaging, and fun. The food was absolutely outstanding—every course was beautifully presented, incredibly flavorful, and showcased the quality of the local ingredients. What truly set Giuliano apart, though, was how he included our children throughout the entire experience. Rather than simply preparing a meal, he turned it into an interactive cooking lesson. He patiently taught them proper cooking techniques, explained why different ingredients worked well together, encouraged them to taste new flavors, and gave them the confidence to try things they normally wouldn’t have. Watching our kids become excited about cooking and eager to experiment in the kitchen was something we’ll remember for a long time. Giuliano struck the perfect balance between being an exceptional chef and an outstanding teacher. He was patient, personable, and genuinely passionate about sharing his knowledge. It was clear that he cared just as much about creating lasting memories as he did about creating incredible food. If you’re considering booking a private chef experience, don’t hesitate to choose Giuliano. He delivered far more than a meal—he created an unforgettable family experience that we’ll be talking about for years. Thank you, Giuliano, for making our vacation so special!

Our dinner with Chef Giuliano Spina was incredible! The food was amazing, he was so kind, and the kitchen was left spotless! Thanks for a great evening! Would highly recommend.
