Hello! I am a Rome-based private chef with close to a decade of experience in the industry. With a working history in prominent restaurants in Chicago and Portland, as well as seasons as a farmer and food educator, I hold a diversity of both professional and community-driven experience. Presently, I am living and working in Rome at the Rome Sustainable Food Project. Founded by Alice Waters and hosted by the American Academy in Rome, this kitchen works with the freshest, most local ingredients to create stunning, nourishing, and seasonally inspired Roman food.
