I am a professional chef with 20 years of experience, I've made my biggest part of my career in France. I was sous chef in the Ritz of Paris and always had only michelin star experiences. I love cooking for other people to really transmit my passion for cooking using the right proportions, and very nice presentations. Now I am a corporate chef for a big company, responsabile for Middle East, Africa and India.
