I AM a professional chef with 18 years of experience. I study on an international chef school in Santiago, Chile. I learn to cook meals from all over the world.... then I travel to Perù to lear the best kinchen in South America.

After I learn japanese Food working on the best restaurants in Santiago(Ichiban and Naoki), so I know how to do sushi and hot japanese Food.

Now is 8 years that I live in Italy and I worked in differents restaurants and trattoria.
