I am a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef now based between Puglia and Sicilia. I have spent the last 10 years cooking all over the global and refining my skills and knowledge in farm to table, seasonal cooking. Being from California, I love to use all organic produce straight from the farmers hands. I cook all types of cuisine, but specialize in traditional Mexican as well as Italian (I spent the last 8 years living in Sicilia). All of my food comes with love, has bold flavors and something special about them . I love to modernize traditional recipes and have my clients taste something they've never had before. Currently I am based in Puglia and Sicily , but often work in Greece, France and Germany. I am available for private and personal chef work, catering and villa cooking.
