I have experience in Italy, England and Brazil. I bring to you my passion for gastronomy, respect for local ingredients and my Sicilian roots, in addition to the classics dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, I also have a deep knowledge of Brazilian gastronomy, thanks to my years spent in Brazil.
