Ciaoo! My name Is Luigi, nice to meet You!
Born and raised in Rome, I bring over 20 years of experience as a professional chef. During my career I have worked around the world as both Chef and Executive Chef in luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants, with significant experience in Asia that shaped my approach to international cuisine.
My cooking blends the authenticity of traditional Italian and Roman cuisine with contemporary techniques. Alongside Italian gastronomy, I also specialize in sushi, sashimi and Asian-inspired dishes, bringing a refined fusion of flavors to the table.
Based in Rome and available throughout the surrounding area, I offer tailored private dining experiences ranging from intimate dinners to elegant private events. I am also experienced in healthy cuisine and dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and food intolerances.
Flexible and creative, I enjoy designing personalized menus that adapt to each client’s tastes, always delivering a refined, memorable dining experience.
Upon request, I can also help organize complete private events including DJ sets, bartenders and mixologists to create a truly unique atmosphere.
