I’ve been working as a professional chef for 15 years, gaining experience in many countries around the world and enriching my culinary style along the way. I’d describe it in four words:

Plant-based – Spiritual – Conceptual – Healthy.

Vegetables, flowers, and fruits are the stars of my cuisine; it’s important to me to give them a distinct identity and showcase them to their fullest potential. Every dish is prepared according to the principles of Ayurvedic medicine, where food becomes a source of healing and health. Furthermore, behind the creation of each dish lies a specific study; they become carriers of messages and culture.
