I’m a professional chef with 12 years of experience.
I have a passion of travel and I’ve been working for most of my career in London and Sydney being able to work in different type of restaurants such as Japanese, French, Chinese and of course Italian ones.
That’s why I really love to make creative twists to very old Italian recipes giving to my client the possibility to experience old Apulia authentic flavours, but always in a modern style.
