I am a 24-year-old chef with seven years of experience gained in some of the most inspiring culinary environments across Europe. My journey began in Capri, where I worked first in a luxury five-star hotel and later in a high-level restaurant that taught me precision, discipline, and a deep respect for ingredients.
I then continued to grow in Copenhagen and Venice, working again in luxury five-star hotels and fine-dining kitchens that pushed my creativity and broadened my culinary vision.
Driven by passion and curiosity, I strive to bring harmony, technique, and personality into every dish I create. I love transforming simple ingredients into memorable experiences, always aiming for excellence while staying true to my style.
