At age 17, I realized food was my passion so I started to study cookery at "A tavola con lo chef" in Rome.
From here I started working at Sheraton hotel in Rome for the next 3 years.
In 2013 I moved to Melbourne where I started to work as a Head Chef.
Always faithful to my Roman roots. I get a lot of my inspiration from my traditions that were passed down, with some of my own modern twists.
