I create tailor-made private dining experiences in villas and holiday homes across Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio. My cooking is rooted in Italian tradition, seasonal ingredients and a clean, contemporary approach, with particular attention to making every dinner feel relaxed, personal and carefully curated.
I trained and began my career in Marbella (Spain), working in luxury hotels, high-end catering and restaurants featured in major gastronomic guides, before continuing my professional path in Italy. Today, I bring that experience directly to my guests, taking care not only of the food, but also of the rhythm, atmosphere and details of the evening.
Whenever possible, I select seasonal ingredients and local products that reflect the area my guests are visiting, creating menus that feel connected to the place while remaining personal and never predictable.
I work as a fully registered professional chef in Italy and carry professional liability insurance, providing both private guests and partner properties with a reliable, professional service from the first contact to the final course.
