I'm Simone, a 30-year-old private chef working between Umbria, Tuscia and Tuscany. I design tailor-made dinners in villas and holiday homes for guests who are looking for a curated, relaxed and truly Italian experience.
I trained and started working in Spain, in luxury hotels, catering and restaurants mentioned in major gastronomic guides, and then continued my career in Italy with high-level banqueting and events.
I work mainly with fresh, seasonal ingredients from small local producers, avoiding large-scale distribution. My style is a clean and contemporary Italian cuisine, rooted in tradition but with modern techniques and a few elegant surprises.
I can create fully customized menus for families, friends' gatherings, anniversaries and small events in villas and countryside houses.
