I’m Simone, a 30-year-old private chef working between Umbria, Tuscia, and Tuscany. I design tailor-made dinners in villas and holiday homes for guests who are looking for a curated, relaxed, and truly Italian experience.
I trained and began my career in Spain, working in luxury hotels, high-end catering, and restaurants featured in major gastronomic guides. I then continued my professional path in Italy, focusing on refined banqueting and exclusive events.
My cuisine is clean and contemporary, deeply rooted in Italian tradition while enhanced with modern techniques and a few elegant, unexpected touches. I work primarily with fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from small local producers, carefully avoiding large-scale distribution to ensure authenticity and quality.
