Passion since childhood with a global culinary journey
I am a professional chef with 9 years of experience. Was born in Russia, but lived in Europe since middle school. I've worked in London, the US, Russia and now in Italy. I finished French culinary school Le Cordon Bleu and have lived in the kitchens ever since. I like to focus on the ingredient and its quality. Italian and Japanese cuisine approach is the best description of my style. However, I can easily adapt to guests' preferences.
